1. Customized Products

As most of our products are custom-made according to your specifications, refunds are generally not applicable once the design has been approved by you.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear proof (photos or videos). We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

3. Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method used during purchase.
